When a notification email is sent the "Awarding Teacher:" is {salutation}{familyname} the issue is we have teacher with the same salutation and family name so not obvious who has written it. Can the full name of the awarding person be placed after "Awarding Teacher:" please?
I suspect that the notification routine will use the 'School Salutation' field from the teacher's HR record, so where there are two or more teachers with the same title and surname, updating that field to differentiate them, e.g. by adding their initial, should solve your problem.
