Registration reminder - Timing of Reminder email Merged

For the Registration Reminders, could we be able to set the timings differently between different registrations?

Say AM and PM registration were 10 minutes long, and lessons 40 minutes, we may want different timings between them.

Also, could we set different timings for each School Division? If there are different timetable structure/timings, then having one size fits all timings for the registration timings may not be ideal.
