Please could new Parent Portal accounts default to iSAMS 2FA enabled, not iSAMS 2FA disabled. At the moment we need to manually enabling it each time a new Parent Portal account is created.
The ideal solution would be to allow schools to select whether they want to default to iSAMS 2FA ENABLED or iSAMS 2FA DISABLED please.
absolutely essential - we are entrusted to ensure student data is kept safe, but have to remember to set this up each time. This needs to default on ideally with no option to disabled.
