As a private school, we do not use the standard DfE SEN flag/types (i.e. E, K, N etc). We have our own types and we managed them in Pupil Registers by creating the different flag/types in Configuration > Manage Sections > SEN > Register > Register Flag > Manage Items.
We have a couple of 3rd party tools that sync our iSAMS data via Wonde. Sadly, our customized SEN flags/types could not be displayed in these tools.
Please allow Wonde to pull customized SEN flags/data.
Same issue for our school - we cannot pull SEN flags from Pupil Registers SEN register to other systems as we do not use the DfE SEN types.
We use the 'Register Flag' field in the 'Register' section as our main way of marking a pupil as ON the SEN register.
I spoke with Wonde and they could only say it works this way using DfE codes as was designed through talks with iSAMS. Could this be addressed please?
