Having another option called ‘Neutral’ instead of just the current 'Postive' and 'Negative'

We would like to have a category called ‘Homework notification’ that is neither congratulatory nor pejorative. Currently this isn't possible as it must be either positive or negative. Thank you.

Search User Accounts by Forename & Surname (Fullname)

Presently we can search for user accounts by first name OR surname. However if I combine first name and surname together, regardless of order (first name then surname or surname then first name), the search fails.

Ability to report on ALL custom fields regardless of the module

Wellbeing Concern Category - Hide but not delete
